DESCRIPTION:Internationally acclaimed\, Oregon-based artist Marie Watt will host a collaborative art project at the Capitol on April 18th from 1-4 p.m. The entry for this event is through the State Street center entrance. To this end\, Visitor Services and Secretary of State Archives staff works together annually to bring the actual document into the “People’s Building” for viewing.
