Provides a visitor experience open to the public. 3. Is organized as a public or private non-profit institution that exists on a permanent basis essentially for educational purposes. 4. Cares for and owns or uses tangible objects; and 5. Exhibits the objects to the public on a regular basis through facilities the applicant owns or operates. I also hereby state that the facts, figures and representations made in this application, including all supplemental attachments, are true and correct to the best of my and the organization’s knowledge, and that the governing body of this organization has by a recorded vote approved this application.
